“Turn Key” project coordination includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Preparation of initial financial projections culminating with a five year business plan,

b. Recommendations concerning the organizational structure(s),

c.  Coordination and assistance with syndication activities,

d.  Determining funding needs, locating favorable lenders and securing loans,

e.  Recommendations regarding architect and contractor selection,

f.   Experience based design and construction assistance,

g.  Coordinate equipment planning & acquisition between client & equipment consultant.

h.  Manage recruitment, training and supervision of on-site manager & management staff,

i.   Coordinate staff recruitment and training,

j.   Develop fee structure,

k.  Negotiate third party payor contracts,

l.   Provide all operating protocol required by regulatory and accreditation agencies,

m.   Manage implementation of all operating systems,

n.    Coordinate all activities required to obtain licensures and Medicare certification,
