Management Services...


"Management services" include, but are not limited to the following:

a.  Assess the center’s operational status and goals of the owners,

b.  Assess current staff with attention to skill requirements related to facility objectives,

c.   Develop short and long term financial projections with associated action plan

d.   Evaluate information system re: billing  & collection efficiency and report generation capability,

e.   Design report package specific to needs of the center

f.    Train management staff to use reports to measure and achieve operational goals

g.   Routinely supervise management team with one on one training

h.   Provide regular reports /  recommendations to owners for the purpose of :

o       Achieving facility’s financial goals

o       Achieving, and retaining, Medicare certification, licensure, accreditation

o       Training of staff to achieve and maintain compliance with best standards for ASC operation

i.    Monitor all revenue producing aspects for purposes of maximizing income including:

o       Fee schedule generation and modification

o       Assessment of payor contracts

o       Negotiation and renegotiation of payor contracts

Manage the facility by training center managers and staff to the extent that outside management is no longer needed.
