Robert C. Williams & Associates, Inc. (RCWA) is an Arizona corporation
specializing in ambulatory surgical center (ACS) turn-key development,
management and problem specific services.
Its founder, whose experience began with the Executive Directorship of the
country’s first surgery center in Phoenix, AZ, continues to promote ambulatory
surgery through an active consulting practice and board participation on
national and international surgery center and accreditation associations.
The firm’s Senior Associate and other firm representatives are like wise steeped
in ASC development and operational experience having promoted the ASC industry
in their specific locale.
RCWA takes pride in being client
selective and limits its engagements to permit principals and associates to
provide the personalized service upon which the practice is grounded. RCWA is,
by the purest definition, a consulting firm. Accordingly, RCWA engagements are
fee specific as to the scope of services required. Partnering, or equity
participation, is neither requested nor required of RCWA clients.
